The rules for using Sabsi.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Sabsi - Preview My App, a web app for creating App Store screenshots, Google Play screenshots, phone mockups, app screen previews, and preview videos.

By using Sabsi, creating an account, uploading content, exporting assets, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you use Sabsi for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.

Some features require sign-in, an active plan, admin access, or usage limits tied to your workspace. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creating risk, violating these terms, or causing harm to Sabsi or other users.

You keep ownership of the screenshots, app artwork, names, logos, copy, images, music, and other materials you upload or create in Sabsi. You grant Sabsi a limited permission to host, process, modify, preview, render, export, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate laws, third-party rights, app store rules, confidentiality obligations, or intellectual property rights. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

Sabsi helps you create screenshots, mockups, previews, and videos from your content, templates, editor settings, and available assets. You are responsible for reviewing exports before publishing them to the App Store, Google Play, websites, ads, social posts, or any other channel.

We do not guarantee that an export will be accepted by Apple, Google, or any other platform. Store requirements, device sizes, content rules, and review standards may change, and you remain responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your app and listing.

You may not use Sabsi to create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or malicious content. You may not attempt to access another user's private projects, bypass plan limits, interfere with the service, scrape the app, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Sabsi to attack any system.

You may not use Sabsi in a way that overloads infrastructure, abuses export or storage features, misrepresents affiliation with Sabsi, or violates the rights of app users, customers, creators, or third parties.

Sabsi may offer free and paid plans with different project, export, storage, watermark, video, or feature limits. Plan details may change over time, but any material change to an active paid plan will be handled in a reasonable way.

Paid features may require payment approval, billing details, receipts, or manual review depending on the payment method available to your account. Fees are charged as described at checkout or in the billing flow. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

Sabsi templates, editor UI, device frames, layouts, code, branding, documentation, examples, and other service materials are owned by Sabsi or its licensors. You may use them through the service to create your own permitted exports, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or offer them as a competing service.

Some templates may include placeholder names, images, sample app screens, or example copy. Replace placeholders with content you have the right to use before publishing.

Sabsi relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, analytics, error monitoring, and other infrastructure. Your use of those features may also be subject to the provider's terms or policies.

Links to third-party websites, payment providers, app stores, or external tools are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, review decisions, outages, or policy changes.

We aim to keep Sabsi reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed from time to time. We may add, remove, update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

We may update these terms. When changes are meaningful, we will update the date on this page and may provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use of Sabsi after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Sabsi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabsi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, store rejection, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Sabsi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms Sabsi, users, or third parties.
